People Primus was founded by HR leaders who had spent decades inside multinational organisations — navigating the complexity of global talent strategies, building leadership pipelines, and designing learning programmes that actually changed behaviour.

We saw, first-hand, the gap between what most recruitment and training firms offered and what MNCs actually needed. Generic CVs. Off-the-shelf programmes. Vendors who didn't understand the matrix, the culture, or the stakes.

So we built the firm we always wished existed. One that combines the rigour of a global search firm with the cultural intelligence of an insider. One that designs learning with the same care a business leader would — because our founders were business leaders.
